A curated selection of my personal projects.

Four projects that showcase my engineering approach.
01

Home Ecosystem Automation & API Integration

Engineered a custom automation bridge that allowed Apple iOS devices to control Google Home hardware through Spotify’s Web API. Built entirely from scratch by self‑teaching JSON, REST, and API authentication flows, and delivered a fully functional system in just three days.

AccuLumen Brightness Index Integration

Born from the momentum of learning JSON + REST, this project used AccuWeather’s newly released AccuLumen Brightness Index to drive real‑time indoor lighting. Started in Apple Shortcuts, but after hitting a numeric‑variable limitation, the system was rebuilt using Google Home’s internal YAML scripting for full variable‑driven control.

Custom UI Control Workaround (Slider Repurposing)

A pure Apple Shortcuts engineering project that repurposed the native iOS brightness and ringer sliders to control external devices. Overcame the lack of third‑party on‑screen sliders by intercepting system slider values and redirecting them as custom control signals — all without jailbreaks or unsupported APIs.

ETS — OS UI Engine, Motion Architecture & Glass Material System

A fully custom OS‑grade UI environment featuring a modular glass material system, variable‑driven motion architecture, ensemble animation choreography, and a cohesive cinematic design language. Engineered from first principles with a focus on maintainability, perceptual timing, and system‑level clarity.
